1. Return Policy

  • Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to the European Directive 97/7/EC.

    Within this framework, Bite The Bullet Studio customers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal by making an unequivocal statement indicating their decision to cancel their purchases.

2. How to make a return?

  • Before using the products, check that they meet your needs. If you wish to return them, you must contact us by email: contact@bitethebulletstudio.com

     To begin the return process, you must provide us with detailed photographs of the product and a brief description of the reason. If the return is rejected, Bite The Bullet Studio will contact the person who requested it to explain the reasons.

    The user must be responsible for the quality of shipping and packaging, so The Bullet Studio may refuse a return if the product arrives at its premises damaged. The Bullet Studio will refund the amount of the product once it is received and inspected by people from your organization. Regarding return costs, they will also be paid by The Bullet Studio once the process is completed.

    This process only applies to products that are in stock. Products that are produced on demand cannot be returned.

3. Are there products that CANNOT be returned?

  • Based on the current law cited at the beginning of this page, the following returns are NOT accepted:

    • Custom items (commissions)
    • Digital Downloadable Content Items
    • Print on Demand Items

4. Order cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled at any time as long as they have not entered the preparation or shipping phase. If the order has one or more CUSTOMIZED items, it does not allow cancellation or return, unless the cancellation is communicated within the first 24 hours from the initial date of the order.
    Orders for digital downloadable content do not accept cancellations.

  • Production times

    Orders for resin models have an estimated production time of 7 to 10 days from order to shipment.
    All times are estimates and the speed of shipping will depend on demand and delivery services.

    *We are working on expanding fee elimination worldwide. However, additional fees may currently apply, depending on the destination country.
